This policy explains how the application Hybrid Kyle Echo Listener ("the app") handles data. The app is a private, single-operator tool built and used solely by Kyle Acevedo for his own Instagram business account @hybrid.kyle. It is not offered to, installed by, or used on behalf of any other person or business.
Using Meta's official Instagram API (with the account owner's explicit authorization), the app receives:
The app does not access photos, contacts, followers, payment information, or any account other than @hybrid.kyle.
The single purpose of the app is to keep an internal, private record of the account's own direct-message conversations so the operator can review and improve how he responds to people who message him. The data is used only for this internal purpose.
Message data is stored in a private database (Supabase) hosted on a private server controlled by the operator. Access is restricted to the operator. The data is never sold, rented, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or disclosed to anyone else.
Data is retained only as long as it is useful to the operator's internal review, and is deleted on request or when the app is decommissioned.
