Data Deletion Instructions

The application Hybrid Kyle Echo Listener is a private tool used solely by Kyle Acevedo for his own Instagram business account @hybrid.kyle. It stores that account's own direct-message data in a private database for the operator's internal review. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

How to request deletion

To have stored message data associated with your conversation deleted, do either of the following:

1. Email kylecacevedo@icloud.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the Instagram handle used in the conversation; or
2. Reply to the conversation on Instagram asking that your data be deleted.

Upon receiving a request, the operator will locate and permanently delete the associated message records from the database, typically within a few days.

Automatic deletion

If the account owner removes the app's authorization in Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites), the app stops receiving any new data for that account, and existing records are deleted when the app is decommissioned.
